Additional investigation of the shallow soils at the NERT Site is planned for 2026.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three key documents assessing area investigations and future cleanup evaluations were submitted by NERT in 2024 and 2025, representing close to 20,000 pages of material. These reports are the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/nert-trust-wp.azurewebsites.net\/?page_id=797\">Remedial Investigation Report for OU-1 and OU-2, Revision 2<\/a><\/u>\u00a0submitted on February 13, 2024, which was approved by NDEP on <u><a href=\"https:\/\/nert-trust-wp.azurewebsites.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/projects-documents\/NDEP%20Communications\/2024\/2024-02-26%20NDEP%20Response%20to%20RI%20Report%20for%20OU-1%20and%20OU-2%2C%20Revision%202_OCR.pdf\">February 26, 2024<\/a><\/u>; the <u><a href=\"https:\/\/nert-trust-wp.azurewebsites.net\/?page_id=3722\">Las Vegas Wash Bioremediation Pilot Study Results Report, Revision 1<\/a><\/u> submitted on June 28, 2025, which was approved by NDEP on <u><a href=\"https:\/\/nert-trust-wp.azurewebsites.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/projects-documents\/Reports\/2025\/2025-06-28%20Las%20Vegas%20Wash%20Bioremediation%20Pilot%20Study%2C%20Revision%201\/2025-09-15%20NDEP%20Response%20to%20LVW%20Bio%20Pilot%20Rpt%2C%20Rev%201_OCR.pdf\">September 15, 2025<\/a><\/u>; and the Remedial Investigation Report for OU-3 submitted on June 26, 2025, which is currently under NDEP review.<\/li>\n \t<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/nert-trust-wp.azurewebsites.net\/?p=128\">Various groundwater treatment options<\/a><\/u> are currently being evaluated to determine the best long-term cleanup solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>NERT Community Information and Document Repository Nevada Environmental Response Trust (NERT) Site for Cleanup and Community Information at the Black Mountain Industrial (BMI) Complex in Henderson, Nevada.
