NDEP is overseeing additional cleanup programs in other parts of the NERT Study Area, as well as other areas of Henderson. Background information and key documents are available on\u00a0NDEP\u2019s website<\/a><\/u>. Cleanup programs within the BMI Complex are being implemented by the\u00a0Basic Remediation Company (BRC)<\/a><\/u>; the\u00a0Titanium Metals Corporation (TIMET)<\/a><\/u>;\u00a0Olin Chlor Alkali Products (Olin), Stauffer & Montrose<\/a><\/u>; and\u00a0Endeavour, LLC<\/a><\/u>\u00a0(PEPCON\/AMPAC).<\/p>

Drinking water provided by the City of Henderson (and throughout the Las Vegas area) is safe to drink. Water supplied to the City of Henderson comes from Lake Mead via the Colorado River.
